I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem. The decor was lovely, the rooms were spotless and cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable. There is a stylish pool house attached to the heated pool and s'mores every evening by the fire pit. The weekend we were there, there was even a talented artist "in residence" featuring her work in the Garden Room. But as nice as all those things were, it was the people who made our stay so memorable. Cindy and Erica and everyone at Journey (we even met the lovely owner) went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We paid $1377 for one night, two queens. I get the high season thing, good here. Room looked modern and ok, bathroom doors would not close, very noisy floors, overall facilities are very well kept. Our TV wasn’t working. For this price they should at least make sure they do. Resort fee of over $100 and when we got in at night around 11:00pm, everything was closed including the front desk and pool. We called a couple times during the day prior to arriving and they only have a voicemail and email option. Room 109.
