What we love about this stay
Request a second-floor oceanfront room — the elevation makes all the difference, putting you just above the dune line so the Atlantic fills your entire frame without obstruction. Mornings here are the move: grab coffee from the lobby and walk straight onto the beach before 7 a.m., when the light is silver and the sand is still unmarked. Don't over-schedule yourself with Montauk's restaurant scene; the whole point of MARRAM is subtraction. Dinner at Duryea's is worth one evening out, but otherwise lean into the quiet. The sunsets from your private deck, barefoot with nowhere to be, are the reason you came.

Loved the off season experience. We loved every minute of it. Thank you! The staff was so friendly and helpful, loved sounds of the waves crashing especially during the storm, marshmallows by the fire place were perfect, being by the ocean was insanely amazing, the design of the hotel was perfect in every way, the pemf mats were out of this world-can't live without one now, The sofas in the lounge were beautiful and when the sun hit them you could just sit there forever in peace, great that there was no tv, le Labo of course is the most perfect scent ever made, the sheets and towels were so comfortable, I haven't slept that well in the mattress in forever, i enjoyed the continental breakfast, the nespresso in the room, the surfing books and art and furniture were beautiful, and the bikes into town were the best. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Relax at the Marram Locations are d writhing, and the marran has this, right on the beach, watching whales, dolphins and spinning sharks from the comfort of the pool and/or beach…… lovely sitting area for drinks and dinner watching the sun go down. This is a hotel to savour on a nice night, we stayed the 18/19 sept, 2025! One thing that was a shock, no TV in room and little hanging space for clothes, so if you can manage around that (as we did) The other odd point and the reason for my low score on Eco friendly, is the hotels use of plastic fork, knives and spoons, and plastic cups which in this day goes against the grain, so that aside if you want a modern hotel in a great location thus is a must……. And one, that we would go back too.
