The move here is the patio at golden hour: pull the chairs to face the Catskills, light the Weber, and let the evening settle in slowly. Mornings, climb the loft and stay in bed — the light through that barn frame is genuinely extraordinary around 7 a.m., the kind of thing that justifies the whole trip. Skip the swimming pond if it's rained recently; it turns silty and loses its charm. Instead, walk the orchard loop barefoot. Beautiful restored barn. Comfortable inside with lots of light. Very nice views of the country side and surrounding mountains. Quiet, relaxing and private. Close to the town of Hudson. Martina was a great host, easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommended.

The barn and the property are absolutely stunning and incredibly charming. Rented the space for a peaceful getaway from the city. Selfishly, I do not want others to find this hidden gem in Germantown so we can have the luxury of booking it again! Gun was a great host; always responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay on this gorgeous property. 10/10 recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous, meticulously decorated property in beautiful Germantown. We loved such serenity that we had exactly longed for. The estate is located away from the main two-way roads. My husband enjoyed the desk (We called it “A Writer’s Desk) overlooking the pond in the morning. In the afternoon, it was getting lots of Sun. Yet the cold shower with the very good water pressure was another delight. The sunsets were amazing. Very close to Tivoli Village and Hudson for delicious foods and breweries. Such a talented host Martina was always friendly and caring. Thank you for having us.
