Request a room ending in an odd number — they tend to sit slightly further along the cliff face, which means wider, more unobstructed coastal views and a quieter terrace. Book dinner at Zass for the second seating and ask for the corner table nearest the railing; by then the day-trippers have cleared Positano below and you're eating above a village lit like a lantern.
